Terms and Conditions of Service
Software licence and platform use agreement · Last updated: 14 October 2026
1. Service Provider and Contacts
The web service and application platform available at voltrade.space are provided by Tommaso Capello (“Voltrade” or the “Provider”).
For administrative, legal or contractual matters, the reference address is: legal@voltrade.space.
2. What the Service Is
Voltrade is a software platform (SaaS) for recording, storing and statistically studying trading operations (SMC journal). The service computes mathematical confidence intervals (Wilson method) from the data the user enters and estimates the spread of variance and the theoretical cost of losing streaks.
3. Price
Voltrade is free of charge for now, and nothing is charged before 2027. If paid plans are introduced, their price and conditions will be published on this page and on the site before they take effect, and nobody is charged without having accepted them first. Opening an account does not commit you to any future payment.
4. Personal and Fair Use
Every account is strictly personal and meant for the individual use of a single trader. Sharing credentials, reselling access or running mass automated queries through scripts or bots is expressly forbidden. Serious violations lead to immediate revocation of access.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Refund Policy
14-Day Refund, No Questions Asked (Statutory Withdrawal)
Nothing is sold today, so there is nothing to withdraw from. If you buy a paid plan in the future, you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of the payment date, without giving any reason and without penalty. Just email support@voltrade.space from, or quoting, the address you used to buy. The full refund is issued promptly through the same payment method.
6. No Financial Advice, No Guarantees
No solicitation or advice:Voltrade is a tool for mathematical calculation and technical note-taking. Voltrade and its owner do not carry out financial intermediation, asset management, investment solicitation or personalised investment advice (within the meaning of Italian Legislative Decree 58/1998, “TUF”, and the MiFID II Directive). No number, verdict or percentage produced by the software is a trading recommendation or a guarantee of returns.
Capital risk and prop challenges:Trading on financial markets (forex, indices, commodities, CFDs, futures) carries a high risk of losing part or all of your capital. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions. Voltrade’s statistical model describes theoretical variance based on the history you enter and does not know the daily loss limits or the trailing drawdown rules set by your prop firm or broker.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and interpreted under Italian law and European Union law.
For users who are consumers resident in the European Union under the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of the consumer’s place of residence or domicile, in line with the mandatory principles of European consumer protection.
